If you are required by corporate policy to retain surplus in inventory and cannot benefit from a write-off, you may have to opt for consignment.

1. We have experienced personnel dedicated solely to inventory management who can join you at your location to inspect, identify, itemize, count and categorize all your excess material. Our inventory managers are trained to identify and separate parts that are generic from those that are customized and without resale value. If you prefer, we can perform the inspection and inventory in our own warehouse.

2.  Ambit provides warehousing and inventory management at no extra cost to you. Your inventory is assigned a Job # before it is separated and categorized for resale or recycle. The journey through the warehouse is carefully documented on reports listing all monthly cash receipts, sales, open items, RMAs, and inventory status. 3.  Ambit considers you a full partner in the venture. You are invited to audit the process at any time and are welcomed to perform your own physical inspection at the site.

1.	Consigned electronic items are always sold	Parts are never returned to the vendor unless specifically requested.
2.	You maintain complete anonymity	Consigned goods can be warehoused and shipped by Ambit and not directly from your company. Moreover, Ambit further ensures anonymity by removing and destroying any packaging material that bears your company name or logo.
3.	You benefit from Ambit's unique surplus marketing niche	Our network is built on more than 25 years of success, enhancing the chances the material can be sold off quickly in lots, maximizing profit potential.
4.	We take actual possession of the consigned inventory	We prefer to use our own warehouse. This is to ensure quality control and "speed to market" of the consigned inventory. Please note: we broadcast your inventory on more than one Internet site to maximize worldwide exposure of the parts for sale.
5.	We will take your recyclable materials	We will take plastics and metal and proprietary components along with the components for resale. We will dispose of them for you, in an EPA approved manner. For recycling, we will issue a Certificate of Destruction.
